There may have once been a time when children were seen as the key to a happy relationship, but not anymore.
A new national American survey revealed that a good sex life and sharing household chores are more important to a lasting relationship than having children.
The research by the Pew Research Centre found that less than half (41 per cent) of adults said children were "very important" compared with 65 per cent in 1990.
Meanwhile chore sharing was cited as very important by 62 per cent of respondents, up from 47 per cent in 1990, while good sex life rose in importance by a similar level.
So whether you're looking for someone who is great at housework, great in the bedroom, or both, start searching now!
