    Hollywood actress Charlize Theron says that the reason her relationship with her boyfriend of six years Stuart Townsend works is that it combines love and lust.

    The Oscar-winning beauty explained recently that she considers passion to ply an integral role in a relationship and said that she couldn't live without it.

    Romantic Charlize, who also says that she believed fate brought her and Stuart together, said: "I think I need a bit of both love and lust. I've been in situations where I have cared about someone, but there wasn't that fire, and that is important.

    "It's chemistry and I don't know why one person does it for me rather than another. It's the mystery of life and love."
