Television Cupid Cilla Black is back with a new dating show to be aired on Sky One, it has emerged.
The 65-year-old Liverpool-born redhead presented iconic dating show Blind Date for 18 years, which attracted 17 million viewers a week at its peak.
It has been five years since Blind Date ended, but Cilla's similar new show is being billed as a dating show with a 21st century twist.
Instead of hiding behind a screen, potential suitors will be disguised from the picker by real-time animated characters.
"The unique animation may help couples find love and me the perfect hat," Cilla told the BBC.
The presenter bought three hats for the weddings of couples she helped to bring together during the course of Blind Date.
Sky One director of programming Richard Woolfe said: "Cilla is the undisputed queen of the dating show. There's been many pretenders to her throne, but she remains in a class of her own."
