Many couples nowadays try to make their weddings a little bit unusual, but tying the knot in an airport proved a European first for one young couple.
On Friday August 17th, Czech citizens Miloslava Vopelkova and Robert Hruska got married at Prague airport.
The couple had won an easyJet competition in the Czech Republic to win an all expenses paid wedding to be held at the airport.
Miloslava and Robert won due to their moving and relevant story about how the airport had played a major role in their romance.
The couple often had to travel for jobs and studying and were often reunited at the airport.
The bride commented: "Prague Airport was for us a place of farewells, short kisses, a place that often divided us for long periods of time," easier Travel reports.
"That is why a wedding at the airport is the right thing for us. What divided us in the past will now join us forever."
