  Ethan Hawke appears to have followed Jude Law's example by choosing to embark on a relationship with his children's nanny, according to reports.
  
  The actor has a nine-year-old daughter Maya Ray and five-year-old son Levon Roan from his marriage to Uma Thurman.
  
  The nanny, known only as Ryan, is an ex-employee of the couple and used to take care of the children.
  
  One of Ethan's friends told the New York Daily News newspaper: "They are incredibly in love. Yes, they've been keeping a lid on this for some time.
  
  "Ryan had nothing to do with the divorce, and they started seeing each other after she was no longer the children's nanny."
  
  Ryan reportedly contacted Ethan about a year after he had split from Uma to confess her true feelings.
