    Film director Guy Ritchie may be married to one of the world's most iconic pop music artists, but he recently admitted that he doesn't like popular music.

    Madonna has been married to Guy for seven years, and despite being one of the most prolific singers in music history, her husband has admitted that he does not enjoy her style of pop music.

    Guy said candidly: "To be honest, I'm not really into pop music.

    That's just not my scene - I'm more into Irish folk songs.

    "I'm sorry if everyone is shocked I'm not into her music."

    Guy and Madonna prove that couples don't have to have the same interests to make a relationship work, but they do have other important things in common, such as their close-knit family.

    Speaking for the first time about the couple's controversial adoption of Malawian baby David Banda, Guy simply said: "He's part of us. He's part of the family."

    Madonna and Guy have two other children, daughter Lourdes (ten) from Madonna's previous relationship and son Rocco (seven).
