  Penny Lancaster has revealed the secret of her happy marriage to rocker Rod Stewart is that the couple have 'Roddy and Penny' time once a week.
  
  The 37-year-old former model says that she has managed to tame the infamous lothario by making sure they make time for one another.
  
  Rod (63) and Penny, who celebrated their first wedding anniversary last month, have a son Alistair together but are planning a second child.
  
  She told Hello! magazine: "Every week we have 'Roddy and Penny' time when we scoot off to our love nest in London. We'll spend the afternoon shopping or go to the theatre and then spend the rest of the afternoon together, with nobody else around. That helps ensure the flame keeps burning in the relationship.
  
  "It would be very hard to go for a week without 'Roddy and Penny' time. It's a given like a cup of tea at four o'clock."
