Rachel Hunter has become engaged to her ice hockey player boyfriend Jarret Stoll, it has emerged.
The 38-year-old model, who was previously married to Rod Stewart, has been dating the 26-year-old Canadian sportsman for two years.
Jarret plays for the Los Angeles Kings and he met his new fiancee at an ice hockey game.
Rachel admitted that she had reservations about starting dating again because she is a single mum, but she has said that her kids get on brilliantly with Jarret and that they are thrilled to have an ice hockey teacher.
The model also said that age is no barrier between the couple despite the fact that Jarret is 13 years her junior.
She is reported to have told friends: "He's my first true love since Rod and the age difference isn't an issue."
The New Zealand-born beauty's manager Andy Haden offered his blessing for the marriage, saying that he wished Rachel and Jarret all the best.
He said: "We are all delighted for her."
The couple bought a £1.8 million home in Hermosa Beach, California, last year.
