Rihanna denies romance

  Rihanna has insisted she is not dating Chris Brown, despite rumours and pictures that seem to suggest the two are an item.
  
  The Barbadian singer said that she is single for now, according to the Sun. "If a good guy comes along we'll make it work, but for now I'm having fun being a single woman," she insisted.
  
  Recent photos of the two on holiday showed Rihanna and fellow singer Chris looking very cosy in the swimming pool and on the same trip he reportedly met her parents.
  
  She may be denying that the pair are more than just friends, but 20-year-old Rihanna has revealed in the past the kind of guy she is looking to date.
  
  "Someone who makes me happy, makes me laugh, and keeps me in good spirits," she explained.
  
  The star has also said before that her friend and mentor rapper Jay-Z keeps an eye on her when it comes to dating. "If it's a good guy I know Jay won't shut him down. But if he's not, Jay will be like, 'no, no, no'," she told People magazine.
