Russia introduces 'sex day'

  The governor of the Ulyanovsk region in Russia is allowing couples to take the day off work in order to have sex.
  
  Sergei Morozov is launching the initiative is hoping that the initiative will lead to a surge of babies arriving in exactly nine months in time for Russia's national day on June 12th.
  
  Couples who succeed at having a baby on this day will receive cars, televisions and other prizes in reward, the BBC reports.
  
  Mr Morozov believes that happy family life will be good for the country as a whole.
  
  "If there's a good, healthy atmosphere at home within the family, if the husband and wife both love each other and their child, they will be in good spirits... So there'll be a healthy atmosphere throughout the country," Mr Morozov told the Associated Press news agency.
