Pamela Anderson has become the latest celebrity to have an express wedding as she filed for divorce from Rick Salomon, her husband of just two months, on Friday.
A selection of other celebrities in history have had similarly brief nuptials. Jennifer Lopez may now be happily married to Marc Anthony, but she filed for divorce from her backing singer Chris Judd just ten months after they tied the knot.
Hollywood actress Drew Barrymore was married and divorced twice before she reached her 26th birthday. The ET star wed a Welsh bar owner in 1994, declaring: "he's the love of my life", but six weeks later it was all over, the Times reports.
Renee Zellweger married country singer Kenny Chesney on a Caribbean beach in May 2005 but after seven months the marriage was annulled.
But Zsa Zsa Gabor, a woman who was famous for her nine husbands, will probably go down in history for having the briefest of all celebrity marriages.
She married the actor Felipe de Alba in 1982 but it was over the next day.
