Steve Coogan 'ready to settle'

  It looks like infamous lothario Steve Coogan has finally met the woman who is able to tame him in the shape of 33-year-old model-turned-actress China Chow.
  
  The comic behind Alan Partridge, whose previous romantic conquests include the widow of rocker Kurt Cobain, Courtney Love, is said to be smitten with the British-born actress and restaurant heir.
  
  Steve (42), who divides his time between London and California, has been quietly romancing China since he met her through mutual friends in Los Angeles last year, the Daily Mail reports.
  
  A friend told the newspaper: "Steve says he's ready to settle down. He's absolutely smitten and hasn't even looked twice at another girl in months.
  
  "Since he met China, Steve has really tamed his partying and carousing and become more focused than ever on being a comedy star in the States. She's been a wonderful influence.
  
  The source concluded: "He's talked about having children with China and has dropped some heavy hints that he plans to propose very soon."
