Tara likens herself to "dog"

  Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has said that she is like a dog because she likes being fondled with affection.
  
  Despite her notorious party girl lifestyle, the it girl, who has dated Robbie Williams and James Blunt in the past, said that she is ready to meet someone special.
  
  "I must admit, I am ready to meet someone now," she said.
  
  "I need that human touch. I'm like a dog. I need to be stroked now and then."
  
  Tara's bizarre comments continued when she said that she was not in a rush to get married because she feared her husband having a gay affair.
  
  "One thing I know for sure is that I have no desire to go down the aisle tomorrow, not when I see all the marriages around me disintegrating and all these husbands having affairs.
  
  "And not even with women any more, but with other men. I'm telling you! It's this whole trendy thing going down at the moment."
