UK's most romantic destinations revealed

London has topped a poll of the best locations for a romantic break in the UK.
A survey of more than 1,000 people revealed that, with the dreamy London Eye, Hyde Park and the ambient South Bank, the UK capital is considered the ideal place to go for a romantic break.
Blackpool was in second place, with Newquay in Cornwall third in the survey from hotel reservation company HRS.com.
Bournemouth and Scarborough also featured in the top ten.
Matt Calvert took Becky Fox to Scarborough on their first date.
He told the Scarborough Evening News: "I can see why visitors would find Scarborough romantic.
"There are some wonderful views around town with the beaches and the castle, which look especially nice on an evening when the sun is setting."
