  Katie Price embarrassed herself and new husband Alex Reid yesterday, after accidently referring to Alex as ex-husband Peter Andre; the businesswoman quickly corrected herself during an interview on ITV’s This Morning. Her mistake, while embarrassing, is hardly shocking as it’s only been 9months since she was married to popstar Peter Andre.

  The former glamour model, who married cage fighter Alex Reid in Las Vegas, insisted that her marriage is ‘more private this time’, before sharing details of wedding, baby and house hunting plans. Katie announced that she and Alex are planning a summer blessing in the UK, an affair that both of their families can experience; she insists she will not sell photos to the press.

  Katie continued by sharing that the couple are trying for a baby and ‘can’t wait’; she added “my relationship is 100% right. I don’t need a baby to make it right. I’m completely settled. I get excited to go home. I’ve got no-one telling me what to do”.

  Price also took the opportunity to confirm that she will be launching a range of make-up products aimed at young girls; she insists they will be child-friendly, edible and safe. It is still unconfirmed as to whether her daughter Princess will be the face of the campaign. Princess’ father is said to be ‘furious’ over the recent photo posted on Katie’s twitter account depicting their daughter wearing false eyelashes and lip gloss.

  It seems as though Peter Andre is also trying to make steps to move on from their failed marriage. After crying just last month on live TV when suggestions were made about Alex Reid adopting his children, he has allegedly been having laser treatments to remove his ‘Katie’ tattoo on his wedding ring finger. The popstar initially snubbed reports that he would have the ink removed, as to not upset his children, but it seems he has changed his mind given his ex-wife’s recent nuptials.

  It has just emerged that Katie Price must pay substantial damages to ex-manager Claire Powell after falsely accusing her of having an affair with Peter.
