  Sandra Bullock: The curse of the Oscar?

  Just days after Sandra Bullock won the best actress award for her appearance in ‘The Blind Side’, she has moved out of her marital home that she shares with husband of nearly 5 years, Jesse James.

  Reports claim that James had an 11-month affair with tattooed model, Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee, whom he met last April whilst Sandra was busy filming her Oscar hit. Sandra has cancelled her upcoming appearance at the UK premiere of ‘The Blind Side’ ‘due to unforeseen circumstances’ that have left her unable to travel.

  Bullock became James’ third wife in July 2005 after meeting him in 2004 during a set tour of the businessman’s show Monster Garage. Mere days ago, Bullock thanked her husband for his support during her Oscar speech causing James’ eyes to well up with emotion.

  Mcgee, who has two small children, claimed that she met Bullock’s husband after she emailed him looking for a modelling job at his company, West Coast Choppers. Allegedly the pair met for a meeting a week later and had sex numerous times in his LA office, which was then followed by an 11 month affair; the model said she believed James and Bullock were separated at the time.

  Sandra Bullock is just one in a number of successful women who have split with their husbands after having won an Oscar. Kate Winslet announced her split from husband Sam Mendes earlier this week and joins the company of Hilary Swank, Halle Berry, Angelina Jolie and Kim Bassinger, all struck by the alleged curse of the Oscar.
