What is The Love Wall? How do I post comments on someone else's Love Wall? Can I post on my own Love Wall? I tried to make a Love Wall post but it took me to a subscription page. Why? What is The Love Wall?

Well, it's a wall. OK, that doesn't really help, does it? Let's try it this way.

Imagine if you had a wall where you could write anything you wanted on it, and others could also come along with their piece of chalk and write what they wanted on it too. And you could also go and write on others' walls. Well, that's all it is...

The Love Wall is a section on your profile where you can post your own comments as well as receive comments from others. It's publicly displayed so visitors to your profile can also see it.

You can say what you like on your Love Wall (within reason) and each post can contain a maximum of 2000 characters. So get scrawling!

How do I post comments on someone else's Love Wall?

Couldn't be easier! Go to the profile of the member whose Love Wall you would like to post on. Scroll down to their Love Wall. Enter your message in the box provided and click Add to Love Wall. Simple. Your message will appear on the member's Love Wall once it has been approved.

Can I post on my own Love Wall?

Of course.  Click on My Profile and scroll down to your Love Wall. Enter your message in the box provided and click Add to Love Wall. Simple. Your message will appear once it's been moderated.

I tried to make a Love Wall post, but it took me to a subscription page. Why?

I posted a comment on someone's Love Wall, but I can't see it. Why?

Your comment won't appear immediately. There are a couple of processes that have to be gone through first. Enid has to wash them and Pete has to iron them. But bear with us, as it doesn't take too long. First the recipient has to decide whether they want your post displayed or not. If they decline it, then it will not appear. If they accept it, we then take a look at it, and if we find it suitable and non-offensive, it will appear on their Love Wall straight away.

Someone posted something offensive on my Love Wall. What do I do?

We're sorry that this has happened. No post will ever appear on your profile unless you accept it. So please use the links provided to report the member, and post content to our customer service team so we can deal with that member accordingly. Please note that you can also block a member at any time.
