Thought it was time I put something on here that sounded reasonably intelligent. What can I say, the first attempt was a classic example of waffling, I'm quite practiced in the art!! So what can I tell you about !me! Physically, I'm 5'4" for those who still work in imperial ('fraid I'm not too good in metric) Sort of average build, no doubt some would say a few extra pounds but about a size 14 and no doubt some of that will soon drop off as I've just gone back to work after a rather indolent break of about a year. The work ? It's working in housing support, working with the homeless or those threatened with homelessness. Have always worked in the "social field" for many years in mental health. So I have quite a strong social conscience. Was a hippy or for those that can remember a beatnik in my youth, been on many a protest march !! Am a very practical sort (a bit of a tom-boy) and most comfortable in denims though I can scrub up if needed. though if your looking to enhance your street-cred, you're probably best looking elsewhere. It's been said by those that know me that I'm so laid-back I'm virtually horizontal. Like most people I can be intelligent-daft, energetic-idle, confident-shy, talkative-quiet and many other permutations of the human psyche, it all depends on who, what, when and where. I have and no doubt will continue to commit all the sins known to man, though do hope to give up the dreaded weed in the non to distant future having nearly cracked it over Christmas, then started the new job!!
